This hip length capelet is constructed of tiers of black metallic fabric alternated with off-white corded lace.  It features a black metallic gathered collar trimmed with off-white corded lace and tied with a double-faced metallic velvet bow.

Composition: 75% Rayon, 16% Cotton, 5% Polyamide, 4% Viscose
