We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discover. Your card will be charged when you checkout on our site. You will not be allowed to purchase an item that is not in inventory, but you will be prompted to call the shop so that you can discuss the possibility of a special order.
We are happy to offer complimentary Ground UPS shipping on any online order over $100. For any expedited requests or orders under $100 you will be charged in accordance with the following table:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer you a full refund, minus shipping costs, within 10 days of your package delivery. Any item returned must be unworn and unblemished with all original tags. You must notify us my email with your desire to return the merchandise and send it back to the following address once you receive your RA:

We suggest that you insure the item in full and send in trackable form like UPS or Fedex as it is your responsibility until it is delivered and signed for by Etc. Upon receipt of your package we will inspect the merchandise and call you so that we can credit your card for the purchase price of the goods only. We cannot offer exchanges at this time, with the exception of different sizing on clothing. You must complete a new transaction should you decide to order a new piece.
All Sale merchandise and Special Orders are Final Sale.
If you would like to special order an item, we ask that you call the shop and speak with a sales associate. All special orders are charged ½ non-refundable deposit and you will be given confirmation by email. We ask that you give us 8 weeks for any special orders, although we do all we can to get your merchandise to you sooner. All special orders are considered final sale and are not returnable. We will charge the balance when the item arrives from the designer and ship out to you at once.
Every once in a while you may be able to purchase an item through the site that has simultaneously been sold in the shop and is no longer available. We try to do everything in our power to make sure this does not happen, but if it does you will be notified by phone and either given a credit or the option to special order the piece if it is available.
Each item we send to you comes in our beautifully wrapped packaging so that you may gift yourself or someone else.
